Founding Member Pricing

Eligibility. The Founding Member program is available only to the first 10,000 users who complete a paid subscription to the Pro tier, as measured by Equs’ internal records at the time of purchase. Equs’ determination of program eligibility and the order in which users qualify is final. Equs may close, pause, or end enrollment in the Founding Member program at any time before the 10,000-user threshold is reached, in its sole discretion.

The Offer. Eligible users ("Founding Members") will be charged the then-current price of the Core tier ("Founding Member Price") for continued access to Pro tier features, for as long as the Founding Member maintains an active, continuous, paid subscription in accordance with these terms.

No Interruption. The Founding Member Price applies only to a continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If a Founding Member's subscription lapses, is cancelled, is paused, or is not renewed for any reason – including non-payment, voluntary cancellation, or downgrade to a free or lower tier – the Founding Member Price is permanently forfeited. A user who later resubscribes, including the same individual or account, will be charged then-current standard pricing and is not eligible to re-enroll in the Founding Member program, regardless of whether the program is still open to new users at that time.

Non-Transferable. The Founding Member Price is personal to the account that qualified for it. It may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, sold, or otherwise conveyed to another account, user, or entity. Equs reserves the right to revoke Founding Member status from any account found to be in violation of this provision.

Scope of the Lock. The Founding Member Price locks the price you pay for Pro-tier access at the Core-tier rate. It does not freeze the specific features included in either tier. Equs may modify, add to, or remove features from the Pro or Core tiers over time as the product evolves; Founding Members will continue to receive whatever features are then included in the Pro tier, at the Core-tier price, subject to the other terms of this section.

No Guarantee of Tier Continuation. If Equs discontinues the Core tier, the Pro tier, or restructures its subscription tiers generally, Equs will provide Founding Members with 30 days' advance notice and will offer a replacement plan at a price no higher than the Founding Member Price then in effect, or a comparable accommodation at Equs' discretion.

Billing Changes. Payment method updates, billing cycle changes (e.g., monthly to annual), or account ownership changes within the same account do not affect Founding Member status, provided the subscription itself remains continuous and active throughout.

No Combination with Other Offers. The Founding Member Price may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise by Equs.

Changes to This Program. Equs reserves the right to modify these Founding Member terms prospectively for users who have not yet enrolled. Once a user has qualified as a Founding Member, Equs will not retroactively increase the Founding Member Price for that user's continuous subscription, except as otherwise permitted under this section or your subscription agreement generally.
